Service 02
Burnishing is the machine route to a high gloss: the pores of the metal are literally hammered shut.
The parts are chemically stripped first. We then repair damage and smooth out imperfections, so the process starts on a clean surface.
Next, the parts go into a polishing drum with ceramic cones in different sizes and materials. Together with water and a cleaning agent, the cones close the pores of the metal over several passes, from coarse to fine.
The result is a natural, deep and pure high gloss that lasts longer. Because the process is done by machine, burnishing is also a lot more affordable than full hand polishing.
