Service 04

Powder coating is the most durable way to give wheels a colour.

In powder coating, negatively charged powder is sprayed with compressed air onto the positively charged part. The powder bonds electrostatically and perfectly evenly, into corners and along edges.

The wheels then go into the oven, where the powder melts and cures into one closed coat. That coat is exceptionally hard-wearing and resists extreme weather and corrosion.

We coat in almost any colour, including candy colours over polished surfaces. Not everyone does that. Ask us about options, colours and prices. We are happy to advise on the finish that suits your project.
